NIWC Atlantic intends to issue a formal RFP for Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) System and Software Engineering Support, with an estimated release around October/November 2026. This pre-solicitation notice provides a draft RFP for industry review, and the Government is not accepting proposals at this time. The draft RFP is intended for SeaPort-NxG MAC holders only and is a total small business set-aside. Attachments containing Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) will not be publicly available; interested SeaPort MAC holders must submit signed NDAs for each individual requiring access. Interested holders must designate a single POC to consolidate NDAs from team members and subcontractors and submit them to the contract specialist, Kristen Smith, at the provided email.
