The Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic intends to award a noncompetitive, firm-fixed-price purchase order to KVH for satellite airtime and one year of monthly maintenance fees. The justification is that KVH is considered the sole provider of the specific airtime currently in use. While this is not a request for competitive quotes, any other responsible source may submit a capability statement for consideration. Responses and questions must be submitted to the specified point of contact by 11 December 2025. The government will review any responses received by that date to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
