Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic intends to award a noncompetitive, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Northern Defense Industries for the repair and support of NDI's Maritime Domain Awareness system. The justification is that NDI, as the original manufacturer, has the unique proprietary knowledge and tools required. While this is not a request for competitive quotes, any other responsible source may submit a capability statement for consideration. All such responses received by 20 November 2025 will be reviewed to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. The final decision to compete the order rests solely with the Government.
