The Government has a requirement for the Ersi OPEN MARKET Training Pass of 1992 days. The applicable NAICS code is 541519, PSC 7A21. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 8.402(f)(1), adding items not on the Federal Supply Schedule to a Federal Supply Schedule blanket purchase agreement (BPA). This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than one (1) day after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
