8(a) Sole Source (FAR 19.8)

The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order to L3 Harris for the evaluation and repair of an XG-75 handheld radio. This is a notice of intent for a sole-source action under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability within three days of the notice posting. Responses will be considered to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. All responses should be submitted to the specified government email address.
