Part Number: 06808060-1 Navy Stock Number (NSN): 6120016792983 Description: Power and Navigation Subsystem AN-URN-31 AIS (V) 9 Units 5950/5951 The Government intends to negotiate solely with SRC under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b). There is a lack of competition due to the constraints that no other contractor can obtain the specific firmware required to support the program of record systems. SRC installs the specific firmware version and tests each unit within an SRC lab system to ensure full functionality prior to delivery. No other contractor has a lab system to support final acceptance testing. The NAICS Code is (334511) and the Small Business Size Standard is (1,350). PSC Code is 5840. The Contracting Officer will verify the Quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
