The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Berkeley Varitronics Systems, Inc. for the requirements included as an attachment under the authority of FAR 13.106-6(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Berkeley Varitronics Systems, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and holds proprietary rights. If the quoter is an authorized reseller of Berkeley Varitronics Systems, Inc., please provide a capability statement that confirms the quoter's status as an authorized reseller or distributor. The contracting officer will verify the quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than Berkeley Varitronics Systems, Inc. Wolfhound PRO Cellular Detector listed in the RFQ.
