NIWC Atlantic is conducting a market survey to assess Small Business capabilities for Fielded Ground Systems (FGS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Program Management (PM) and Technical Support. The effort is restricted to SEAPORT NxG Small Business MAC holders; large businesses will not be considered, and eligible holders must register for PIEE accounts to receive market survey requests, solicitations, and submit proposals/offers. Contractors will perform work specified in DRAFT PWS Section 3.0. The period of performance includes a base year, four one-year option periods, and a 6-month option under FAR 52.217-8. The requirement has not been approved through review, all attached documents are draft, and this is not an RFP.
