The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's Intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to PathFinder Digital for the procurement of the Tactical GBS Receive Suite Antenna (TGRT). The Government intends to negotiate solely with PathFinder Digital under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). No other company can provide the compatible hardware for the existing systems. The NAICS Code is 51740 and the Business Size Standard is small. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 1500/3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 08/28/2024. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Marcie Wagers at marcia.m.wagers.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses received by 1500/3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) 08/28/2024 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
