The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Nextex Ventures, LLC (Cage Code: 76WB5), Part numbers & descriptions:1000400NOVA Machine The Government intends to negotiate solely with Nextex Ventures, LLC under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b). There is a lack of competition due to the constraints placed on components that the Government requires. The NAICS Code is (811310) and the Small Business Size Standard is ($12,500,000). PSC Code is 3670. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre- solicitation notice must be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by June 14, 2024. All responses received June 14, 2024 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
