The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Tiger Controls Inc . to provide Rugged single board computer with Intel Xeon E3-1505M V6 processor P/N XVR19-24320001. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Tiger Controls Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106- 1(b). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS Code is 334119 and the Small Business Size Standard is 750. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre- solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by12:00 PM EST, 30 May 2024. All responses received by 12:00 PM EST, 30 May 2024 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
