The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Riimic, LLC for the repair of one (1) Transmitter and ten (10) high-powered Amplifiers. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Riimic, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Riimic, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and there are no authorized re-sellers that can perform the level of maintenance required. The NAICS Code is 334290 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1250. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre- solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by Friday, 12 April 2024 at 3:00 PM EST. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Jessica Glisson at jessica.k.glisson.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses received by Friday, 12 April 2024 at 3:00 PM EST will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
