The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to RF Products Inc. to provide SRC Remote Interface Controllers (RIC) P/N 576422 for OA-9277 & OA-9277/A Mutlicoupler. The Government intends to negotiate solely with RF Products under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS Code is 334220 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,250. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by12:00 PM EST, 13 March 2024. All responses received by 12:00 PM EST, 13 March 2024 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
