The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to CREAFORM USA INC ... The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to CREAFORM USA INC for 3D measurement scanners. The Government intends to negotiate solely with CREAFORM USA INC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). CREAFORM USA Inc. scanner required is a direct replacement of existing hardware. Other aspects considered were the level of accuracy/resolution of the equipment, compatibility with and ease of use with our currently supported computer- aided design (CAD) software. The NAICS Code is 334513. CREAFORM is a large business with three authorized distributors (large businesses). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 4 January 2024.
