The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intends to award a Firm-Fixed- Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Mathworks, Inc. (Cage Code 0C524) for MATLAB software maintenance and support. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Mathworks, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Mathworks is the developer of MATLAB software which is currently installed on government-owned assets. The NAICS Code is 513210. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by December 18, 2023. All responses received by December 18, 2023will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
