THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for quotes and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) Atlantic has a requirement for the contractor to provide (2) each Container, Class 5 GSA 24" vertical rack mount. Below is a brief synopsis of the requirement. The Contractor is required to provide the following: • This is a new SAP request for (2) each, Container, Class 5 GSA 24" vertical rack mount, P/N: 54-39-24 All Small businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Certified HUBZone and Certified 8(a) Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government's best interest. This office anticipates award of a contract no later than 30 November 2022. The appropriate NAICS Code is 541519 with a size standard of $30 Million. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this sources sought. It is requested that interested small businesses submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities package demonstrating ability to provide the requested items. This document shall address, as a minimum the following: (1) Company Profile to include employee size standard, DUNS number, CAGE code and a statement regarding small business designation and status; (2) Partnership agreements with any large businesses. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED. To aid the Government, please segregate proprietary information. Please be advised that all submissions will not be returned. Provide your response to this sources sought notice by 2:00pm EST time on October 31, 2022. Submissions may be made by e-mail to quincy.gaines1@navy.mil. Fax submissions of the capabilities WILL NOT be accepted. Submission of a capabilities statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the Government as to the extent of vendors available for this procurement. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government does not intend to host an information exchange meeting to discuss this RFI with interested potential respondents.
