The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to MISC ENGINEERING, LLC for FLY AWAY KITS and Audio DC PWR Cable, combo Audio/DC Power Cable Soft. The Government intends to negotiate solely with MISC ENGINEERING, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following items: 1.Fly Away Kits, P/N: 100114-01, QTY: 3 EA 2. Audio DC PWR Cable, combo Audio/DC Power Cable Soft, P/N: 200144-01-600, QTY: 3 EA The NAICS Code is 334290 and the Small Business Size Standard is 800 people. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 5 September 2023 at 3:00PM EST. All responses received by 5 September 2023 at 3:00PM EST will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
