The NIWC Atlantic requires product maintenance and support for the previously purchased Keysight PROPSIM F64 MANET Channel Emulation Solution. The Keysight PROPSIM F64 is the only solution allowing for expansion. The NAICS Code is 541519 and the Small Business Size Standard is large business. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 12:00 PM EST, 23 June 2023. All responses received by 12:00 PM EST, 23 June 2023 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
