L3Harris is the only manufacturer authorized to repair radios listed above at the factory level. L3Harris maintains proprietary rights to open and repair the Controlled Cryptographic Item (CCI) radios. The NAICS Code is 334220 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1250. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the NAVWAR E-Commerce website at NAVWAR E-Commerce Central (navy.mil) by 12:00 PM EST, 23 June 2023. Questions concerning this notice should be directed to Michelle Pierce at michelle.a.pierce15.civ@us.navy.mil. All responses received by 12:00 PM EST, 23 June 2023 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
