The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to conduct a Defense Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) Pilot Program for Cyber ANTX. NIWC Atlantic will use this method to solicit for a 2 phase competition in support of the Cyber ANTX as explained in the attached DRAFT CSO. The Government is looking for comments on the DRAFT CSO by 7 February 2022 and then a final CSO will be posted on or about 14 February 2022. Responses may result in the award of a future FAR based contract or Non-FAR based agreement. Responses are open to all capable and interested businesses.
