Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC, Atlantic), Code 22130, intends to award a firm fixed price order to Harris Global Communications repair and return of Radios and Radio Assemblies: P/N: 0N689740-13, QTY: 38 (EA), P/N: 0N689740-27, QTY: 30 (EA), P/N: 0N707070-10, QTY: 20 (EA), P/N: 0N707070-9, QTY: 13 (EA), listed in RFQ Attachments. Harris Global Communications L3Harris is the only manufacturer authorized to repair radios listed above at the factory level This announcement is in accordance with requirement listed above, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received in writing within the request for quote due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Quotes must be submitted via email to: tammy.l.vaughan.civ.@us.navy.mil and are due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 10 August 2022. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220. System Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense (DoD). Invoices must be submitted electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
