Repair of Radio Receiver-Transmitter (RT-1672D), P/N: 726639-801, QTY: 7, EA BAE Systems Information & Electronic, Inc. is the manufacturer/owner of the radio receiver-transmitter (RT-1672D) being repaired and holds all proprietary rights. The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The proposed contract action is for the repair of radio receiver-transmitter (RT-1672D), which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under authority of FAR 13.106-1.
