The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The proposed contract action is for the repair and/or upgrade of radio modems, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under authority of FAR 13.106-1.
