The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Analex Corp. for the requirements listed below: 1. PURIFILE CDR EMBEDDED SOLUTION LICENSE VERSION 7, P/N: CDR-EMBD, QTY: 17, EA 2. PURIFILE SUPPORT – Annual Support Embedded Solution, P/N: SUP-EMBD, QTY: 17, EA Analex Corp. is the manufacturer/owner of the software being procured and holds all proprietary rights. The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The proposed contract action is for Purifile software, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice.
