The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Keysight Technologies for the requirements listed below: 1. EVALUATION and CALIBRATION OF ANALYZER, P/N: N9030A-550, QTY: 1, EA 2. SHIPPING, QTY: 1, EA Keysight Technologies is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the analyzer being evaluated and calibrated and holds all proprietary rights. The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The proposed contract action is for the evaluation and calibration of equipment, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice.
