The Naval Information Warfare Systems Center (NIWC Atlantic) Charleston, SC 22140 has a requirement for KenCast software. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract KenCast, Inc. for the requirements listed below: 1. FAZZT ENTERPRISE CLIENT, FAZZT ENTERPRISE CLIENT KenCast software for: a) Receiving IP multicast files and live streams, b) Reconstructing, validating, decompressing, unpackaging, and confirming receipt of incoming transmissions, c) Caching content to local database, d) Rebroadcasting on demand to LAN users with access via standard browsers, e) Maintaining logs and usage statistics, f) Supporting optional return link for acknowledgments and alarm handling g) ScriptIDE tool for developing Fazzt scripts; IP input. QTY: 12 EA 2. MAINTENANCE Full technical support via telephone and email, and free upgrade to new software releases of same product for twelve (12)-month term of contract. QTY: 1 EA KenCast, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the software being procured and holds all proprietary rights. The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The proposed contract action is for KenCast software, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses are due to Rozella Johnson, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00PM, Eastern Standard Time, 8 June 2022. The Government will not pay for any information received.
