The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to conduct a Defense Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) Pilot Program for Navy Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance (eGRC) Tools evaluation. NIWC Atlantic will use the CSO to solicit artifacts for a 5 phase competition in support of Navy eGRC Tools for Cybersecurity Campaign. The goal of this CSO is to identify technologies which can support eGRC requirements for operational use across the Navy enterprise. ?Responses may result in the award of a future FAR based contract or Non- FAR based agreement. This DRAFT CSO is issued for the purpose of engaging with industry to clarify and refine the formal CSO prior to release. . An Industry Day is scheduled for September 22nd which will include a briefing of the topic, overview of the CSO, a general questions and answers period, followed by limited one on one sessions.
