Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to Dynalec Corporation The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic), hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with Dynalec Corporation (12763 87 W AMINE STR, SODUS, NY, 14551). The requirement is for the following supplies and services: ICT-620066620-800-02 4 EACH ICT-6200 Handset62078-501 4 EACH ICT-6200 Enclosure66620-620-01 4 EACH VIBRATION TESTS 2 EACH SHOCK TESTS 2 EACH EMI TEST 1 EACH REQUIRED TRAVEL TO PHILIDELPHIA,PA 1 EACH REQUIRED TRAVEL TO RONOKONMOMA,NY 1 EACH ENGINEER 386 HOURS PWS PROVIDED IF REQUESTED AND SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION (REDACTED) ATTACHED The above services and products are the only products and that meet the specifications DYNALEC will provide environmental testing support for the ICT-6200. Support includes lightweight shock testing, vibration testing, EMI testing, TEMPEST testing support, and tech manual updates.Specific characteristics of the service or material that limit the availability to a single source. Dynalec is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the ICT-6200. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. This is a small business set-aside only as classified in FAR Part 13. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
