The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Code 22130, intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to VALCOM MANUFACTURING GROUP INC., 175 SOUTHGATE DR, GUELPH, ON, N1G 3M5 , CANADA for the attached listed material, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This action will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. VALCOM MANUFACTURING GROUP INC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the existing equipment and existing interfaces, and configuration are only designed for these versions of the antennas. No substitute or no alternates will be considered nor accepted for this request.
