Naval Information Warfare Center - Atlantic, Charleston, SC has a requirement for the procurement of 3dB Labs SCEPTRE Software, support/maintenance and onsite tailored training. This action is to complete market research to determine whether there is adequate interest for this requirement. This notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential small business sources. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to 3dB Labs for the requirements listed below. The contracting officer will verify the quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses are due to W. Alex Faulconer, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 26 Feb 2021. The government will accept proposals via email at: William.faulconer@navy.mil
