This action is to complete market research to determine whether there is adequate SMALL BUSINESS interest for this requirement. This notice is only for the purpose of identifying potential small business sources. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a small business for the requirements listed in PRE- SOLICITATION Attachment 1 QuoteSpreadsheet. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. Responses are due to Eleanor Phillips, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 22 December 2020. The Government will not pay for any information received.
