The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Charleston, SC 2222 has a requirement for DTECH Labs - Tear Down and Evaluation, and Repair. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to DTECH Labs for the requirements listed in RFQ# N6523621Q0446 (see attachments). DTECH Labs is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the materials being repaired and repair manuals are proprietary to DTECH Labs. The Government will not pay for any information received.
