The Naval Information Warfare Systems Center (NIWC Atlantic) Charleston, SC 22140 intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Predicate Logic, Inc. for this requirement. This announcement is in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice.
