NIWC, Atlantic Charleston, SC, 22220 has a requirement for various equipment (refer to RFQ N6523621Q0298 Attachment 1 Quote Spreadsheet). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a Small Business for the requirements listed in RFQ N6523621Q0298 Attachment 1 Quote Spreadsheet. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources whose offer conforms to the RFQ N6523621Q0298 (see attachments). All quotes will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technical acceptability for this request is defined as a quote which must: 1. Provides brand name or equal products in accordance with attached salient characteristics, Attachment 1, Quote Spreadsheet; 2. Provides manufacturer and part numbers for all equipment proposed; and 3. For equal products, provides descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, and clearly describes any modification that will be made to make the product quoted conform to the solicitation requirements.
