State Rd., Pleasant Grove, UT, 84062. The Government has a requirement for 12 months Maintenance and Support of (Qty 1) TS2063 7 Element CRPA Test System covering 7 serial numbers including SimSAAS, AES and SimMNSA, part number SimSupport, through the original equipment manufacturer. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $20.5M. PSC J059. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than five (5) days after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
