The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for the BRAND NAME requirement listed in the attachments that will salsify agency requirements. Envitia is the sole manufacturer and holds proprietary rights. If you are an authorized reseller of Maplink Software, please provide a capability statement that states quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. The contracting officer will verify quoter is an authorized reseller or distributor. All proposals will be evaluated on Lowest Price conforming to the solicitation. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement based upon the responses received.
