Title: Crypto Sub Systems Cases Description: The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic Charleston, SC 22120 has a requirement for Crypto Sub Systems Cases. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-priced delivery order for this requirement. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than five (5) days after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries are due to Curtis Reid, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00 PM EST 15 March 2021. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
