This solicitation is issued as other and full and open. All proposals will be evaluated based on Lowest Price. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement based upon the responses received. Responses are due to Brandon Wright, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 4 March 2021. See attached RFQ for specific details regarding this requirement.
