Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a sole-source contract to Carolina Unmanned Vehicles (CUV), 4105 Graham-Newton Rd, Raleigh, NC 27606 to provide an equipment lease of the STMPAS. Period of Performance: 01-19-2021 – 01-18-2022 The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
