NIWC, Atlantic Charleston, SC, 2222 has a requirement for the 24' Trailer and Base. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a Small Business for the requirements listed in RFQ Attachment 1 QuoteSpreadsheet. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources whose offer conforms to the RFQ N6523621Q0105 (see attachments). All proposals will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technical acceptability for this request is defined as a proposal which must: 1. Provides equipment in accordance with minimum technical specifications, as requested in Attachment 1, Quote Spreadsheet; 2. Provides manufacturer and part numbers for all equipment proposed; and 3. Provides descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, and clearly describes any modification that will be made to make the product quoted conform to the solicitation requirements. Mark any descriptive material to clearly show the modification. Quotes are due to Eleanor Lomeli, Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 15 January 2021. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
