The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic Charleston, SC 2222 has a requirement for the Forensic Laboratory Prototype Equipment. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a business for the requirements listed below that will satisfy agency requirements. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the materials. All proposals will be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Technical acceptability for this request is defined as a proposal which must: 1. Provides equipment in accordance with minimum technical specifications, as requested in Attachment 1, Quote Spreadsheet; 2. Provides manufacturer and part numbers for all equipment proposed; and 3. Provides descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, and clearly describes any modification that will be made to make the product quoted conform to the solicitation requirements. Mark any descriptive material to clearly show the modification. Quotes are due to Eleanor Lomeli, NIWC Atlantic by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 20 January 2021. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
