Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award to the manufacturer Peraton, Inc., 12975 Worldgate Dr Ste 7322, Herndon, VA, 20170-6008, to procure Purifile for Trusted Gateway System maintenance: 2035ADEV, Purifile for Trusted Gateway System Development Maintenance, PoP 1 JUN 2020 - 31 DEC 2020, 2 EA 2035A, Purifile for Trusted Gateway System Annual Maintenance, PoP 1 JUN 2020 - 31 DEC 2020, 26 EA The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. This procurement is for Purifile for Trusted Gateway System maintenance for fielded systems. The proposed contract action is for software for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under authority of FAR 13.106-1. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
