Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic), 22130, intents to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for NAVIKNOT 450 Installation and Training in Kure, Japan in accordance with attached PWS. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed action is based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Please include the following information on your quote: Payment Terms, Period of Performance, Tax ID Number, Cage Code and POC email address. The Government will accept quotes via email at Michelle.c.mcdonald@navy.mil and are due by 2:00PM EST on 29 May 2020. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13.
