Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends to award a sole-source contract to DIGITAL RECEIVER TECHNOLOGY, 12409 MILESTONE CENTER DRIVE GERMANTOWN, MD to return and repair 1 Chassis for part number 2311C, SN 30397 - FFP DIGITAL RECEIVER TECHNOLOGY is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment being returned for repair. The technical manuals and drawings for the receivers are proprietary. The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The proposed contract action is for supplies and incidental services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under authority of FAR 13.106-1. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
