The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to brand name for the requirements listed below will satisfy agency requirements. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the requested items. Quotes are due to Michelle Pierce Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 12:00 P.M.
