The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to brand name for the requirements listed below will satisfy agency requirements. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the requested items. All proposals will be evaluated based on Lowest Price. Quotes are due to Michelle Pierce Contract Specialist, NIWC Atlantic by 15:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday, 23 September 2020. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
