Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, intends to award a requirement on a Sole Source basis to TST Fabrications, LLC, 7440 Central Business Park Drive Suite 100, Norfolk, VA 23513, for TST Fabrications, LLC, 1) PN MCI-STE-PHMT-00, QTY:85, Description: STE Phone Mounts, DWG# MCI-STE-PHMT-00 AND 2) Part Number: 08ESM436718, QTY:7 Description: SECTERA Viper Mount. These are Mounts that hold the Secure Telephones secure safely on a wall or a desk/table. TST Fabrications, LLC is the Only Manufacturer of the approved Fabricated Secure Terminal Equipment (STE) Mounts and SECTERA Viper Mount and will NOT provide the design specifications to any other company. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) for single source. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government, not to compete based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No electronic or hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. Responses of interest should be directed via Email to: mary.markowski@navy.mil and due NLT 4:00pm, EASTERN 28 AUG 2020 or earlier. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. System Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense (DOD).
