Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic, intends to award a requirement on a Sole Source basis to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration Inc, 10920 Technology Place, San Diego, CA 92127, BAE SOCET GXP Geo Analysis Bundle Upgrade Entitlement (UE) PN 4004-UE. Subscription to include: Upgrades of Software Releases that occur during Period of Performance, Technical Phone and Email support, Free Unlimited Training at any of the GXP Regional Training Centers and Access to the GXP Customer Portal. BAE Systems Information & Electronic Systems Integration Inc is the exclusive worldwide developer and distributor of GXP Software Products. Due to the extensive integration of the subject software with several other software, without the SOCET GXP software the load would not function properly, which would degrade critical system, potentially adversely impacting the situational readiness of multiple sites. BAE is the only company capable of providing the required services and has not provided any rights to any other company. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106 (b)(1) for single source. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No electronic or hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. Responses of Interest should be directed via Email to: mary.markowski@navy.mil and due NLT 1:00pm, Eastern, 27 AUG 2020. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. System Award Management (SAM) registration is required for all vendors doing business with the Department of Defense (DOD).
