Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a sole-source contract to Bellsouth Telecommunications Inc., AT&T SE, 2180 Lake Boulevard, Atlanta, GA 30319-6004 to provide telecommunication agreements; Description: ISDN Telephony Circuits Provider to control and pass telephony signals that enable phone communications for Charleston, SC Qty (12) and New Orleans, LA (Qty 1). Period of Performance: 10-1-2020 to 9-30-21 with 2 Option Years The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
