Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a sole-source contract to AT&T Corp, AT&T, 3033 Chain Bridge Rd, Oakton, VA 22185 to provide telecommunication agreements; Description: ISDN Telephony Circuits Provider Flat Rate (Qty 1) to include additional Block of (10) DIDs, Block of (20) DID's, Primepath Line (Qty 3) Flat Rate for Charleston, SC Period of Performance: 10-1-2020 – 9-30-2021 with 2 Option Years The authority for soliciting from a single source is FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
